The R family - We have been visiting Broadhaven for the last 10 years and this is the best place by far that we have found to stay. We definitely hope to be back to 39 Puffin House in Broadhaven.

Home away from home! We didn't care that it rained - infact everything seemed to be more alive on the coastal paths and on the beaches. Puffin House is a fab place to stay for single mothers and very safe for little ones.

July - 2004 - The J family of Watford.  What a wonderful place to stay - we have just come back from our first holiday at Puffin House in Broadhaven.  A perfect place for children - we could relax straight away!  Thank you for putting so much thought into the apartment.

 August 2004 - Josh age 8 "I nearly touched a dolphin (on a boat trip to Grassholm) - the smell of gannets was nice!  One of the gannets pooed in the dinghy on Mum's jeans!"

Nov 2004 - C, M and little C 19 months old " C made herslef at home straight away -  Topmarks for being so child friendly. Perfect cot and a warm bedroom waiting for us when we arrived after an 8 hour journey!  A great flat - we can see why it is so popular!"

Whitsun Half Term 2005 - "The flat has been perfect - we agree with other guests comments - beds very comfy and kitchen has all you need.  We have had 3 trips to Skomer which were all wonderful - the puffins were lovely to watch - and we also saw porpoises and seals and loads more - even a short eared owl!  Thank you again - back to work next week!"  MM from Worcestershire

Druidstone for afternoon tea ... what a place, very friendly people - menu looked good ; will try it next time we come back when we 2 will be 3!  Saw seal pups at Martin's Haven and lots of seals, dolphins and birdlife - thaks Charlotte for letting us stay in your perfect apartment!"  Nick says "If you can't get out to Skokholm and Skomer then the walk to Marloes is worth it - hang onto your hats though!  Nice guy in Broadhaven surf shop - I hired a 7`9" BIC for the week for £30 and there were plenty of waves to muck around in.  Shelter from the cliffs meant waves are smaller but less blown out on a s-westerly - had a great week"

Preseli golf course an attractive 9 hole course with views over the Preseli Hills.  Splendid meal at the Druidstone - they set up a table specially for us with an open fire - delicious food - OH YES!  And 39 Puffin House was great too!"

Sarah, Ben and Harriet age 12 and 9 wrote "The flat was warm and welcoming on our arrival  after a long journey by train (s) and bus.  Had some lovely walks but the highlight was the speedboat trip around Ramsey....we saw several seals and pups and even some porpoises which delighted Harriet who is a real animal lover - sorry to be returning to London....thank you for a lovely half term stay - too short!!"

Tuesday Druidstone beach until 9.45 pm when we watched the sun set. Wednesday shopping in Haverfordwest and go karting. Thursday and Friday just spent time around the beach here and at The Castle in Little Haven - very good!Unfortunately the washing machine would not rinse! Charlotte and Jerry the owners rang from their holiday in Greece to try and sort it out - felt a bit bad for them! These things do happen and it was an excuse for me and the boys to buy some new clothes!!!"

Calum and Catherine and bump! June 2007 "This is a great flat which we have used as a base to explore the area from Dale to St Davids. The weather hasnt been amazing but we have had 3 glorious days of sunshine and so will return with a decent tan! The pembrokeshire Coast Path is a very handy asset and leads to many wee coves and beautiful sandy beaches.........places not to miss include Solva, St David's and Little Haven........Broadhaven is a bonny little town!"

2007 saw many more visitors who continued to write more and more super comments ..........."Once again many many thanks.......a lovely week in Broadhaven.......Went to Folly farm again and fed the lambs........special memories.......really great and we got to go body boarding and kite flying......we normally go abroad for our holidays but staying in Puffin House was just as fun and I even bought a fridge magnet with a puffin on it to remind me of Puffin House........my favourite activities were playing with my cousins who stayed in Broadhaven too......and the fact that Puffin House is full of lovely childrens things.....really fantastic week .........A fun filled week..........ideal for exploring this part of Pembrokeshire.....lovely flat, very homely and clean......lovely weather and have spent many a happy hour on Broadhaven beach building sandcastles and flying a kite......3 meals at The Castle in Little haven - great value......we will definitely be back.......a lovely week and so lucky with the weather........thank you for the toys and jigsaws.......I like the sea and the sand a lot......relaxing and rejuvinating - the week was everything we hoped for and more ....we saw plenty of wildlife during the week including oyster catchers, seals, curlews, bats and housemartins under the eaves of the apartment next door!........The flat is very comfortable and we will be back........ A lovely stay once again ...... Puffin House is great and we've had lots of fun ........ stunning sunsets and live entertainment too ie surfers, para kites etc ...... delighted with the apartment it had everything we needed ....... just LOVE it down here!"

Feb 2008 Andy and Jill "Another lovely winter break at 39 Puffin House in Pembrokeshire. Whilst the puffins and still away at sea the Oystercatchers and Shags have centre stage. Best viewed with binoculars from the cliffs although we found a pair of Oystercatchers performing on the shoreline at low tide on Broadhaven beach. Everything at Puffin House was as fine as always - thanks!"
